Yesterday was crazy. Work was pretty boring as usual. After work I finally went and got a haircut. It’s extremely short now, which is a good thing. Last night I went over to Mary’s and hung out. I hadn’t been there for a long time so it was fun to hang out with everyone once again. We left around midnight and headed towards K-Mart because Mark bet Chad $10 that it was closed. We stopped at Wendy’s for a few minutes on the way there and then went to K-Mart (which was open) and drove though Wal-Mart to see how much gas was. As we were leaving, some drunk almost hit us when he ran a red light. That was fun. We went to McDonalds on the way back and talked to Sarah for a few minutes and then almost hit a deer coming back by Wendy’s. Well, time to get some work done.
I watched “The Last Samurai” last night. I didn’t figure I would be too into it, but it ended up being an amazing movie even though I personally can’t stand Tom Cruise. If you get a chance to see it, do.
Went to work out last night again and found that I have gained 10 lbs in the last two months. That was a bit shocking. O well, not like it’s really showing up anywhere lol.
I might finally get a haircut today depending on how lazy I feel. I’m going to get to work.
Wow yesterday was crazy. Work went alright. I spent most of the day working on Symantec updates with Aaron which was nice since I wasn’t in the office.
Last night Tera and I rented “The Hills Have Eyes” and “Cheaper by the Dozen 2.” We watched about two minutes of “The Hills..” and turned it off. Yeah, it was that retarded. So we watched “Cheaper by the Dozen 2” and it turned out to be a good movie. Kind of cheesy at times, but good. Plus it had Steve Martin and you can’t go wrong there.
I don’t know what’s going on today. I don’t really care either. bah.
I just got back from yet another family reunion down at the park. It was fun, or atleast as fun as one of those can get. There was only about 20-25 people there like always. Last year there was only 13 I think. We have a small family to say the least.
Friday night was amazing. Mark and I went to Walmart and walked around because we had nothing to do. We waited until around 8 and picked up Rachel and still couldn’t figure out anything to do in Cambridge. Then it hit us. Allen just bought a new car and we haven’t done anything to it. We went to K-mart to get everything we needed. Coda was working and since he is the guru of car-wrapping, he helped us find what we wanted. We got some saran wrap to wrap his windshield, then some huge bras to hook across the front, and cool whip to cover the front. We did all of this while he was still working at Salt Fork, so then we went in and hung out to wait for him to come out. He was freaking out at first when he saw it but then he started laughing. Mark was also doing 100 mph on the highway to get there in time. We don’t know how his car didn’t fall apart. We were a bit fearful for our lives.
Yesterday I hung out at my house most of the afternoon watching the World Cup. It was nice to just be able to relax for a day and not have to go to work or anything like that. Went to eat with Tera last night and then hung out at her house.
I don’t know what’s going on tonight. Probably going to find something to do later but I don’t know what. I’m going to go find something to eat.
This morning has been hectic so far. Phones were down when I got into the office today and had been going on and off. I think John has them back up for now which is definitely a good thing. I still barely made it out of bed earlier. I don’t know why I’ve been so tired all week. Tomorrow will be nice since I’ll be able to sleep in.
Today needs to go fast. I’m not in the mood to be sitting in this office all day. I’ll probably go out and work on updates on my own. There shouldn’t be many people here this afternoon since it’s Friday.
I can’t believe that Team USA is already out of the World Cup. I wouldn’t be too hurt if I was on the team though. As much as our country is hated (we’re the only team to not have our country name written on the team bus because of concern for violence) I wouldn’t mind the oppurtunity to get out. Don’t get me wrong, I would love to go and represent my country; however, when everyone there including the officials are against Team USA…why bother?
I believe I’m done ranting for now. Time to get to work. Everybody needs to watch the video below. This is why can’t stand AOL.
I barely made it out of bed this morning. You would think I would be smart enough to get some sleep since I was already running on about 3 to 4 hours, but no, I had to stay up watching the Heat win the NBA Championship. I was glad to see Dwayne Wade win because he’s been one of my favorite players since he started at Marquette.
Work today was somewhat productive. Spent the afternoon updating Symantec versions and that was about it. I got a lot of work done on this website as well which was nice. Besides that, nothing too exciting.
Made a Wal-Mart run tonight since I was extremely bored. Went and got gas for $2.57 which wasn’t too bad. I saw both Mark and Janelle so I talked to each of them for a little while. I bought the new Underoath cd while I was there. So far it is as good as I anticipated. They’re definitely one of my favorite bands. Probably just watch some CWS tonight and try to get to bed earlier.
I finally have this looking as good as I think I want it…for now. Don’t be surprised if it will look completely different in another 24 hours.
Last night I went to Erin and Zach’s in Zanesville. It was a fun night for the most part. Played everything from air hockey tournaments, to Jenga, to Halo, to poker, etc. I also got the chance to watch “Harold and Kumar Go to White Castle” which I hadn’t seen in a long time. Great movie.
Speaking of movies, I saw what I think was the worst movie I’ve ever watched. Flipped on Sci-Fi to see “House of the Dead.” I managed to watch about a half an hour or so but I couldn’t take any more. But considering that the movie is made after a video game, I’m not so shocked.
I think I’m going to go finish watching Game Six of the NBA Finals and go to bed.
